Younger workers now coach older colleagues, with directors crediting Gen Z guidance for productivity gains. Employees increasingly rely on AI for email drafting, meeting notes, and data entry, freeing time for strategy and training. Hybrid teams report easier collaboration and meeting preparation, though many fear falling behind without skills.
