Calgary-born company Ambyint, a long-time Texas-based AI solutions provider for the energy sector, is returning to its roots. It has shifted its headquarters back to Calgary and secured private capital for its next growth phase.
The funding, backed by existing investors Mercury and Montrose Lane, along with newcomers BDC Capital and Accelerate Fund III, aims to boost customer growth, recruit tech talent, and enhance product features.
Ambyint’s AI platform, with physics-based, data-driven solutions, promises a production increase of up to 7% and a 30% reduction in operating costs in the oil and gas industry.
