Vancouver’s Unbounce has merged with San Francisco’s Insightly, combining strengths in landing page optimization and CRM. The merger aims to provide marketers with better metrics, such as revenue and lifetime value, by leveraging first-party CRM data. The merger will also enhance AI and machine learning capabilities within the Insightly platform, the companies said.
The combined entity, now with over 200 employees across Europe and North America, will aim to increase the quality of both their product offerings and joint portfolio. Unbounce secured a $52 million funding round led by Crest Rock Partners four years ago.
