Montreal-based GSoft has received a $125 million investment from Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ) to fuel its growth strategy.
GSoft, known for its software solutions for employee experience, recently achieved an annual recurring revenue of $100 million and made its first acquisition with Didacte, a Quebec City company specializing in web-based learning management systems.
The funding from CDPQ, which becomes the company’s first external investor, will be used for acquisitions, expanding the product suite, and entering new markets.
GSoft’s CEO, Simon De Baene, expressed excitement about the opportunities this investment will bring.
