Toronto-based data management platform, Secoda, has secured $19 million in Series A funding.
Craft Ventures led the round, building on their previous support in 2021. Notable participants included Abstract Ventures, YCombinator, and Garage Capital, alongside key industry figures like Jordan Tigani and Scott Breitenother.
The investment will propel the development of AI solutions, simplifying data utilization for all employees. Secoda already integrates seamlessly with major platforms such as Snowflake and dbt. Their customer base has grown fivefold in the past year, managing over 100 million metadata resources globally.
