Oxford Properties Group today officially opened the doors of The Stack at 1133 Melville Street, a landmark in commercial real estate sustainability.
This 37-storey, 550,000 sq ft office tower is the first to achieve Canada Green Building Council’s Zero Carbon Building – Design standard certification and the first high-rise commercial tower in North America built to zero carbon standards.
The Stack’s innovative features include low carbon building systems, smart technology, and rooftop solar panels. It contributes significantly to Vancouver’s and British Columbia’s 2030 zero-carbon goals.
Beyond sustainability, it prioritizes employee wellness with fitness facilities, bike amenities, and breathtaking rooftop views.
