German engineering giant Bosch has announced its plans to acquire Vancouver-based Paladin Technologies, a leading provider of security and life safety solutions.
Paladin Technologies, part of the Paladin Group of Companies founded in 1976, employs around 1,500 associates across 35 locations in Canada and the US.
With projected 2023 sales approaching USD $400 million, the company serves the Canadian market through 18 offices and the US market through 17 offices.
Bosch’s acquisition of Paladin Technologies complements its 2015 purchase of Climatec, expanding its presence in the US market. This strategic move enhances Bosch’s system integration business.
