Toronto-based Voiceflow just scored a hefty $20.1 million in funding, with OpenView Venture Partners spearheading the investment. The capital infusion, finalized in April, will supercharge Voiceflow’s core product innovations.
Voiceflow’s forte lies in its collaborative AI platform that streamlines teams building agents, enabling teams to create customer support automation bots at double the speed of traditional methods.
Back in 2021, Voiceflow secured $24.9 million in Series A funding. Despite the buzz, Voiceflow’s CEO, Braden Ream, maintains an allegiance to Toronto’s tech scene and a commitment to responsible financial practices.
