The Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) and Rogers Communications have announced a pivotal multi-year partnership.
As the inaugural PWHL season launches on January 1, 2024, Rogers becomes the league’s official telecommunications partner in Canada. This agreement extends Rogers’ deep-rooted commitment to hockey, complementing its NHL association.
The partnership promises to enhance women’s hockey, offering live broadcasts, behind-the-scenes content, and fan engagement. It also aims to inspire young female players. Rogers will collaborate with PWHL Montreal to create unique experiences for girls in local minor hockey programs, featuring Rogers’ branding on team equipment and at games.
