Toronto-based Promise Robotics, specializing in AI-driven cloud-based industrial production platforms for robotic construction, recently announced a significant milestone.
The company successfully raised $20.8 million in Series A funding, led by Horizons Ventures and featuring support from Radical Ventures, PSP Investments, United Brotherhood of Carpenters, Relay Ventures, and Alate Partners. This funding brings Promise Robotics’ total raised capital to $35 million, propelling its mission to address the persistent supply and labor shortages in the construction and housing development sectors.
The company’s AI platform enables automation at scale, saving costs and accelerating sustainable home production, with plans to make its solution available to North American homebuilders in 2025.
